All Indian citizens, possessing a primary medical qualification, awarded by any medical institution outside India, who are desirous to get Provisional or Permanent Registration with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council on or after the 15th of March, 2002 shall have to qualify a Screening Test which will be conducted by the National Board of Examinations, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi 110029, as per the provisions of the Indian Medical Act, 1956 (as amended) and the Screening Test Regulations, 2002, which has been notified in Part III Section 4 of the Gazette of India Extra-ordinary issue dated the 18th of February, 2002. The Screening Test will be conducted twice a year as per the Schedule of Examination to be announced by the National Board of Examination, New Delhi. The language of the Test shall be English. The test for each paper will be of three hours duration. When you know your travel dates out of the country, you MUST apply with the Russian University for what is termed as an Exit-Re-Entry visa, which allows you to leave and return again without giving up your student visa. You will need to submit additional photos, and to pay a fee. You should also apply for this at least 3 weeks before your planned travel dates, and you will need to specify the travel window (exit and return dates) during which this Exit-Re-Entry visa should be valid. Do not lose this Exit-Re-Entry visa as entry to Russia is not permitted without this document. Re-application / replacement can only be processed by the University concerned. This may take between 4 to 6 weeks. All students are strongly advised to staple this visa slip to their passport as this is not done by the authorities.

MD course duration is 6 year in Russia & Kyrgyzstan in English medium. In china its MBBS & Duration is 5Years. In Philippines its MD & Duration is BS Biology (16months) MD is 4years.

As per Medical Council of India the minimum qualification for Indian Students to study in these countries is 50% in physics, chemistry and biology in 12th standard. In case of SC/ST it is 40%. The minimum age should be 17 years on the year of admission.

This would include the study material, hostel arrangements etc. Therefore, once the student reports to the University and joins the same, the University regrets its inability to refund any part of the educational fees and other expenses paid by the student. In case a student comes back to India for with valid reason; an application could be made to the University to hold the fees in credit so that the student could join in the coming semester.
