Cancellation / Refund Policy

Certain situations may arise where we may not be able to accept your Payment for University seat selection. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the payment by you for any reason.

On certain very rare occasions, we may be unable to accept the payment due to non availability of the seat in required Medical University. In such a situation, if we cancel your payment after your payment has been processed, the entire amount received by us will be refunded.

Further, inspite of our best efforts to provide correct and accurate information on the website, some errors may occur from time to time. We may therefore be unable to accept the payment placed by you due to errors in University selection on the website. In such a situation, we shall inform you by e-mail to place a fresh payment on the basis of corrected information, should you prefer to do so. You may however at your sole discretion also choose to cancel the payment. If the University selection is cancelled after we have processed the payment, the amount received will be refunded.

You cannot cancel the payment that has already completed the application process by us. In case you cancel the payment before it has been processed/ approved by us, we shall refund the entire amount received by us. Our decision on whether the payment has been processed or not shall be final and you agree not to dispute our decision.

All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS TRANSCATION

The following rules govern your use of credit /debit card at our website

  • You shall ensure that the credit /debit card details provided by you are correct.
  • You shall only use a credit / debit card owned by you for your transactions.
  • We will not be liable for any credit /debit card fraud.
  • Obligation to maintain system integrity
  • You must not take any action or use any device, software or instruction that might interfere with the operation of the service or proposed working of the site, including any action which might impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on our infrastructure.
  • You must not use the service for any illegal purpose resulting in breach of any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice.
  • You must not use the site to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems, or for interfering or disrupting networks or websites connected to the site.
Dispute Resolution

Disputes, if any, arising on account of any matter connected with the usage of the website will be referred to an Arbitrator appointed by Shalom Med Education. The arbitration proceedings will be governed by the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India, 1996. The venue of Arbitration shall be Coimbatore.

We shall not be liable in any manner if we are unable to fulfill any of our obligations through this website due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of God of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, Governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies / intervention / direction / prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond our control.
